Kess Berlin ist eine erfolgreiche D2C Beauty Brand mit vielen zufriedenen und regelmäßig wiederkehrenden Kund*innen. Unser Ziel ist es, die Bedürfnisse unserer vornehmlich weiblichen Zielgruppe mit qualitativ hochwertigen, unkomplizierten Beautyprodukten bestmöglich zu bedienen. Das gelingt uns dank unseres tollen, internationalen Teams und flachen Hierarchien, in denen jede/r Mitarbeiter*in die Möglichkeit hat, eigene Ideen zu entwickeln, sie umzusetzen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, sich zu entfalten und aktiv am Aufbau des jungen Unternehmens mitzuwirken. Seit unserem Launch im Jahr 2019 konnten wir bereits mehrere Milestones feiern und erweitern unser Team stetig, um Kess gemeinsam auf das nächste Level zu heben.

We are looking for someone who can support us for six month, ideally starting July or August 2024.

Your responsibilities are the following:

  • The focus will be on influencer marketing with some insight into social media and performance marketing for the Italian and international market
  • Supporting our marketing team in daily business
  • Manage and coordinate influencer cooperations independently
  • Research and acquisition of new profiles, including contract negotiations
  • Creation of detailed briefings and support in the development of campaign concepts
  • Analyzing influencer performances, monitoring KPIs and providing support in deriving ideas and action plans
What we expect
  • You are studying business administration, marketing, communication, a similar field, or you have just successfully completed your studies
  • You are enthusiastic about online marketing, influencers and social media, you are passionate about beauty and lifestyle, and you are familiar with the latest trends
  • Ideally, you have already gained some experience in an internship or as a working student
  • You have excellent communication skills and with that the ability to adapt to a variety of people and characters
  • You work in a structured and solution-oriented way, cou are a reliable and open-minded person with a hands-on mentality
  • You have good analytical skills as well as an independent and proactive way of working
  • Very good Italian and English skills written and spoken
