**YOUR MISSION**:
**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:
- Foster effective collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders, offering guidance and support throughout the recruitment journey.
- Adapt recruitment strategies to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic environment.
- Utilize Greenhouse for streamlined scheduling and as a foundation for data-driven recruiting, enabling the creation of meaningful insights presented to hiring managers.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**:
- More than 3 years of experience in end-to-end commercial recruitment, focusing on sourcing and attracting top talent in the DACH market.
- Draw from your experience in recruiting for tech scale-ups from 150 employees onwards.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels, including proven experience in training and supporting hiring managers in the interviewing and selection process.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Greenhouse or comparable tools.
- Business fluency in English (C2 level) and German (C2 level).
- A passion for continuous learning, staying updated with industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies.
