**Intern im Regional Control Tower EMEA (w/d/m)**

Im Bereich Transport & Warehouse verantworten wir Bayer‘s End-to-End-Logistik für die Divisionen Pharmaceuticals & Consumer Health und unser Team trägt maßgeblich zur
Transformation von Bayer bei. Als Intern (w/d/m) wird es darum gehen im 4PL-Setup unseren Regional Transport
Requirement Specialist EMEA sowie Regional Analyst EMEA bei der Steuerung unseres 4PL Transport Operating Model von Bayer zu unterstützen.

**DEINE AUFGABEN UND LERNFELDER**
- Proaktive Überwachung der Transport-Bewegungen aus Europa heraus sowie Überprüfung und Bewertung der 4PL-Leistung auf regionaler Ebene
- Trouble Shooting, Eskalation und Lösung von Problemen - Handle als Eskalationspunkt für Bayer-interne Funktionen und 4PL für kleinere und größere regionale Vorfälle in der Transportabwicklung, -planung oder -ausführung. Manage die Lösung von Abweichungen durch Einbindung der jeweiligen Stakeholder; Sicherstellung der Kommunikation mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern.
- Projektunterstützung - Bereitstellung von operativen Einblicken und Erfahrungen für transportbezogene Projekte auf regionaler Ebene (wie z.B. die Einrichtung neuer Transportwege oder CMOs, etc.); Kontinuierliche Verbesserungsmaßnahmen vorantreiben, wo immer möglich
- Auswertung von standortbezogenen und transaktionalen Masterdaten
- Regionale Harmonisierung von Masterdaten mit anschließender Systempflege in SAPund AX4
- Unterstützung der Abrechnung der Transporte im 4PL-Setup für Overland und Global Modes inkl. der Ableitung von Continious Improvement Maßnahmen
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung eines Government-Prozesses für Transport-Routen inkl. aller enthaltenen Komponenten wie Transportzeiten, Exporthandling, WarehouseAktivitäten
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von KPI-Dashboards für interne und externe Stakeholder
- Optional ergibt sich die Möglichkeit einer anschließenden Thesis

**WAS DU MITBRINGST**
- Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbar
- Problemlösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute logische und analytische Fähigkeiten mit einer "Can Do"-Einstellung und starke Prinzipien
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse weiterer lokaler Sprachen
