Deine Aufgaben

Um unser Wachstum voranzutreiben, suchen wir zum sofortigen Eintritt eine/n erfahrene/n Transport Planner (m/w/d), der unsere Operationsabteilung in Berlin unterstützt. Kenntnisse in der Logistik und Disposition von Transporten sind dafür notwendig. Wir suchen engagierte und motivierte Teamplayer, die bereit sind, ihr (und unser) Fachwissen auf die Straße zu bringen. Als Transport Manager spielst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Optimierung unserer Kundenprozesse und trägst zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei, indem du den Kauf von Transportkapazitäten überwachst, einzelne Transporte disponierst und so einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherstellst.
- Disposition von Spotaufträgen im Ladungsbereich
- Preisverhandlung mit Frachtführern und Unternehmer im Tagesgeschäft
- Transportüberwachung
- Schnittstelle zum Kunden
- Sicherstellung der reibungslosen Abläufe in der Disposition
- Identifizierung und Entwicklung von neuen und bestehenden Transportpartnern

Dein Profil
- Ausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Disposition im Landverkehr Landverkehr und International (Teil
- und Komplettladungen)
- Kenntnisse im nationalen Transportmarkt, idealerweise auch im Bereich Wechselbrückenverkehre
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Subunternehmern
- Kundenorientiertes, selbstständiges Handeln
- Teamfähig, flexibel, kommunikationsfreudig, verhandlungsgeschick
- Affinität zum digitalen Arbeiten auf einer Plattform
