Das **Jugendgästehaus Hauptbahnhof** liegt mitten im Herzen von Berlin. Mit knapp 400 Betten, 11 Seminarräumen und dem Festsaal für bis zu 300 Personen sind wir der ideale Partner für Einzelreisen, Gruppenreisen und Tagungen. Unser Haus gehört zur Berliner Stadtmission, ein christliches Werk, das sich seit 1877 in vielfältiger Weise für das Wohl für Menschen in Berlin und Umgebung einsetzt.

Wenn alle anderen vor Müdigkeit ins Bett fallen, bist Du noch in Topform?
Wenn unsere Gäste sich auf das Berliner Nachtleben vorbereiten, weißt Du, auf welchem Weg sie am Besten zum passenden Ziel kommen und kannst ihnen gleich noch das Busticket verkaufen?
Und wenn unsere Schüler:innen nachts fröhlich und munter durchs Haus rennen, kannst Du mithalten, dagegenhalten, zur Ruhe anhalten und zur Not auch den Lehrern eine Standpauke halten?
Deine Freunde bezeichnen Dich als verantwortungsvoll und besonnen? Du hast ein Gespür für Menschen - ob jung oder alt und behältst auch bei Diskussionen einen kühlen Kopf?

**Wir bieten Dir**:

- Eine Stelle auf Minijob-Basis von April bis September mit einer festen Einsatzzeit von 22 bis 2 Uhr nachts
- Flexible Einsatztage von Montag bis Sonntag für individuelle Freizeitgestaltung
- Genügend Kaffee zum Munterbleiben und Wasser zum Fitbleiben
- Eine jährliche Mitarbeiterfeier, sowie die Teilnahme an diversen Veranstaltungen
der Berliner Stadtmission
- Ein super Team an der Rezeption und die anderen Kollegen sind auch nicht übel
- Einen Vertrag vorerst befristet auf 1 Jahr (April-September) mit Option auf Verlängerung bzw. Erneuerung im Folgejahr
- Geduldige Einarbeitung und last but not least eine familiäre Atmosphäre, die christliche Werte lebt

**FAQ**:

- Wie viele Mitarbeiter gibt es? Unser Team besteht aus knapp 45 Personen
- Was für Gäste habt ihr? Menschen allen Alters aus der ganzen Welt.
- Muss ich eine Ausbildung in der Hotellerie haben? Macht es vielleicht etwas leichter - ist aber kein Muss.
- Muss ich der ev. Kirche angehören (ACK-Klausel)? Natürlich wäre es super, wenn christliche Werte genauso ein Teil deines Lebens wären, wie sie es für uns sind und du aktives Mitglied deiner Gemeinde wärst. Zumindest solltest du Menschen so akzeptieren wie sie sind und unser Leitbild unterstützen und umsetzen.
