- Proficiency in use of analytical tools including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Problem solving, analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
- Fluent in both English and German

We are looking for a Film Studio Brand Specialist with a blend of business and marketing skills to join the Prime Video Store business. As a Film Studio Brand Specialist in our team, you will gain 360-degree exposure to all areas of studio management, owning the end-to-end relationship with your studio and advising your key account management partners as a business expert.

The location for this position is Munich.
Key job responsibilities
You will define and implement tailor-made action plans to boost your studios’ performance, monitor success metrics, and ensure the brand’s experience at the highest level. Collaborating with key functions such as Studio Management, Operations, Finance and Marketing, your role will focus on four crucial business areas:
- Studio management: Build and maintain strong studio relationships, handle operational studio requests, and conduct regular business reviews and planning.
- Business Development: Own projects that will engage customers and drive growth for both Prime Video and the studio. Work with other team members and functions to scale them efficiently across our EU business.
- Operations: Track success metrics, deliver reporting and additional insights on studio performance. Improve customer experience by monitoring title availability, promotional offers or prices.
- Promotions: Identify, define and deliver promotions that excite and engage customers both for existing programs like Prime Day, as well as title or studio-tailored initiatives.
- Professional experience as Account/Vendor Manager or in working with external partners
- Experience in and/or a passion for the TV and digital video markets in Europe is a plus
- Ability to adapt to a quickly changing, fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
