**Das erwartet dich**

Als Head of Sustainability (m/w/d) treibst du im engen Austausch mit der Konzernfunktion die Weiterentwicklung der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie der Zurich Gruppe Deutschland weiter voran, setzt die Ambition und stellst die Erreichung der Nachhaltigkeitsziele sicher. Um Zurich als nachhaltiges Unternehmen erlebbar zu machen, kommunizierst du transparent zu unserer Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie und förderst die Schulung unserer Mitarbeitenden.

Es warten weitere spannende Aufgaben auf dich:

- Du entwickelst in enger Abstimmung mit der Konzernleitung eine umfassende Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie, die alle Unternehmensbereiche abdeckt
- Um eine nachhaltige Unternehmenskultur zu fördern, integrierst du Nachhaltigkeitsaspekte in alle Bereiche des Unternehmens
- Du überwachst und steuerst Maßnahmen und Kennzahlen, um die Nachhaltigkeitsziele zu erreichen
- In deiner Rolle als Head of Sustainability (m/w/d) vertrittst du das Unternehmen in Nachhaltigkeitsfragen und baust Partnerschaften sowie Netzwerke auf
- Du kommunizierst die Nachhaltigkeitsaktivitäten sowohl intern als auch extern

- Deine Vita umfasst ein abgeschlossenes (Hochschul)-Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Versicherung, Recht oder Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement
- Du kannst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement und fundierte Kenntnisse der ESG-Regulierung in der europäischen (Versicherungs)-Wirtschaft (einschließlich EU-Taxonomie, SFDR, CSRD, IDD/MiFID) vorweisen
- Dich zeichnet ein kundenzentriertes und agiles Mindset aus
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Resilienz, besonders bei zeitkritischer Tätigkeit, sowie über eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- In der Leitung eines Teams konntest du bereits Erfahrungen sammeln und behältst dabei die gemeinsamen Aufgaben stets im Blick
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein spannendes Profil ab
