**Über den Bereich**

Das Global User Engagement Team ist für die erfolgreiche Bereitstellung, Annahme und Produktionsunterstützung des Änderungsportfolios durch die Produktionsteams und die wichtigsten Betriebspartner verantwortlich. Unser Team ist für die Sicherstellung von Sponsorschaften für Geschäftsfälle und die nahtlose Koordination von Systemaktivitäten und Vorfällen verantwortlich.Wir führen eine Bestandsaufnahme durch und sorgen durch Schulungen und Kommunikation für die nötige Weiterbildung, um die Akzeptanz, Nutzung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der KYC-Funktionen zu fördern.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Fähigkeit, Interessengruppen bei einer Vielzahl von Lernthemen zu unterstützen und Beziehungen zu den Nutzern aufzubauen, Schulungsbedarf und Wissenslücken zu ermitteln, um die QS-Ergebnisse zu verbessern und die durchschnittlichen Bearbeitungszeiten zu verkürzen
- Entwicklung und Unterstützung zugehöriger Schulungsprogramme zur Unterstützung der Umsetzung und Annahme des Portfolios zur Änderung von Richtlinien, Prozessen und Technologien nach verschiedenen Methoden der Erwachsenenbildung in unterschiedlichen Formaten (E-Learning, von Ausbildern geleitet)
- Learning Management System - Überprüfung, Überarbeitung und Förderung von Inhalten
- MI: Bewertung von Schulungsprogrammen, Bereitstellung von MI zu Nutzung, Engagement und Leistung. Führen Sie Datenanalysen durch, um verbesserungswürdige Bereiche und Wissenslücken bei den Benutzern zu ermitteln
- Überprüfen Sie bestehende Schulungsinhalte, erkennen Sie, wo Änderungen erforderlich sind und überarbeiten Sie sie entsprechend
- Sicherstellen, dass die Know Your Client (KYC) Ops-Produktionsteams und ihre Partner über das Wissen und die Fähigkeiten verfügen, die sie benötigen, um die Anforderungen der Richtlinien/Prozesse/Systeme erfüllen zu können. Verständnis und Fähigkeit, die Anforderungen des Änderungsportfolios weltweit zu erfüllen und zu übernehmen

- Teamplayer, der verantwortungsbewusst und proaktiv ist
- Klarer Kommunikationsstil
- Liebe zum Detail, Hartnäckigkeit und Engagement für qualitativ hochwertige Leistungen in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld
- Vorerfahrung und Fachkenntnisse in KYC-Abläufen oder Compliance sind von Vorteil, aber nicht unbedingt erforderlich
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit effektiven Lern
- und Entwicklungsmethoden und Lernmanagementsystemen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- & Englischkenntnisse
