- What you will do- Close collaboration with Finance Manager DACH and support in daily operations and projects
- Preparation of monthly closure and reporting as well as support of year-end and quarter-end reporting
- Monitoring and liaising with supplier queries as well as controlling and allocating supplier invoices
- Preparation and follow-up on credit and debit notes
- Administration of and support with general Finance & Compliance tasks
- Comply with business policies & processes
- Comply with tesa Corporate Compliance Standard: Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption Guidelines, Antitrust Guidelines and Authorisation Policies
- What you will need- Commercial Apprenticeship with 3-5 years of relevant working experience or university degree in Business, Economy or Finance with 1-3 years of relevant working experience
- Reliable and high attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong service orientation and organisational talent
- Very good German and English skills
- Working experience in a matrix organization is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are very beneficial
- SAP or equivalent ERP skills are beneficial
