**DAS BRINGT DER JOB**
- Du verantwortest im Projekt die Steuerung/Kommunikation mit einem OEM aus dem Frankfurter Raum und dem Back Office.
- Du stehst dazu zum Teil in direktem Kontakt zum Kunden (v.A. in Deutschland).
- Du stellst die projektbezogene Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Deutschland und dem Backoffice im Ausland dar und unterstützt deine Kollegen, vor allem auch fachlich (Identifikation von Potential, direkte Unterstützung mit eigener Expertise oder Organisieren von passenden Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen).
- Koordination für die Umsetzung der Aufgabe, primär aus einem Capgemini Engineering Büro in Deutschland oder remote von zuhause aus (Deutschland) - zum Teil sind Auslandseinsätze erforderlich.
- Du führst die direkte Kommunikation mit dem Capgemini Engineering Management.
- Du erstellst und analysierst die Spezifikationen und Lieferantenanfragen in den Bereichen Werkstoffe/Material, Interieur, Exterieur, Karosserie, Türen und Klappen und betreiben dazu das nachgelagerte Risiko-Management und Fehler-Tracking.
**DAS BRAUCHEN WIR**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und als Entwicklungsingenieur.
- Know-How in mindestens einem der Automotive-Bereiche Werkstoffe/Material, Interieur, Exterieur, Scheinwerfer/Beleuchtung, Scheiben, Karosserie, Passive Safety und/oder Türen/Klappen.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Entwicklungsprozesse und der Systemlandschaft in der Automobilbranche (PKW).
- Gelegentliche, aber uneingeschränkte Reisebereitschaft von 1 bis 2 Wochen am Stück.
- Erfahrung mit Führung, Coaching und Schulungen von Junior KollegInnen wünschenswert.
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im multikulturellen Bereich.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Deutsch
- und/oder Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
