Agile Project Manager with Automotive Expertise

Job Title: Scrum Master with Automotive Background

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master with a strong background in the automotive industry to join our team at Luxoft Germany.

About the Role

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating our cross-functional teams and ensuring the smooth execution of our projects. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and experience in the automotive domain will be invaluable in helping us deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure team alignment and progress
  • Coordinate between product teams and product owners to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Support project teams in daily activities and ensure transparency about teamwork and progress
  • Host daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning meetings, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Moderate and mediate in and between teams and interconnections to other projects
  • Coach team members and the product owner on Agile processes
  • Ensure a new mindset and agile working culture
  • Remove roadblocks for the project team
  • Provide project support
  • Support the product owner with the product backlog
  • Be the process, tools, and methods authority
  • Prepare decision-making processes for relevant committees
  • Provide the right toolset to the teams
  • Making development progress transparent, including escalation needs (also managing escalations)
  • Create projects in all needed tools
  • Identify applicable lessons learned cards (LLC)
  • Monitor shielding interference (ensuring that the team can focus)
  • Consult with owners and management board
Requirements
  • Engineering background
  • Automotive domain knowledge
  • > 3 years' experience as Scrum Master
  • Experience with a range of Agile frameworks, methods, and tools (e.g., Kanban or Design Thinking)
  • Coaching skills and a deeper understanding of coaching techniques and attitudes
  • Good working knowledge of situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, and increasing transparency
  • Experience in building and developing teams in an international, intercultural, and remote setting
  • Good understanding and practical experience of change management principles, techniques, and tools
  • Very good communication skills and high solution orientation
  • Fluent English
