**Technical Sales Support - Cobots (M/F/d)**:

**This position reports to**:
Sales Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Handle customer communications, ensuring effective interaction and engagement
- Provide technical support for Business Development, serving as a reliable backup
- Support sales and system projects, contributing to their successful execution
- Technical preparation of trade shows and events, as well as the execution of corresponding presentations to customers
- Contribute to internal/external technical projects, adding valuable insights and expertise
- Take the lead in project calculations, ensuring accuracy and precision
- Independently develop customer-specific solutions, aligning with their unique needs
- Collaborate with technical teams and suppliers, fostering effective partnerships
- Provide crucial technical and cost-related support to both sales and project management teams

**Your background**:

- At least 5 years of professional experience in a technical environment and/or sales, ideally in the support of the Cobots product area
- Solid understanding of industrial engineering principles and mechanical design
- Strong technical comprehension with the ability to grasp complex requirements
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
- High flexibility and willingness to travel up to 30%
- Self-driven work approach, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills
