**Deine Aufgaben**:
Jeder unserer 13 Stores verfügt über ein eigenes Warensupport (Instore Logistics) Team, welches für alle dezentralen Logistikprozesse verantwortlich ist - vom Entladen der LKW´s bis zum Warenaufbau und Retouren. Die ausgeschriebene Vakanz betrifft eine zentrale Funktion, welche übergeordnet die Verantwortung für die Prozesse, Teams (fachlich) und Schnittstellen übernimmt.
- Du verantwortest die Instore Logistics Prozesse aller stationären Häuser (inkl. Außenlager) sowie ihre Umsetzung
- Du übernimmst die fachliche & disziplinarische Führung des Manager Instore Logistics sowie die fachliche Führung der stationären Instore Logisics Teams (ca. 300 MA)
- Du bist die Stabsstelle zum Director Retail Operations & Development
- Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für (strategische) Instore Logistics Themen und Projekte (zu den Projekten gehört z.B. die Expansion neuer Häuser)
- Du übernimmst Projekte als Projektmanager
- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zu Bereichen wie Logistik, Einkauf, IT
- Du bist verantwortlich dafür, dass Prozesse kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt werden (Digitalisierung & Innovation)

**Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Logistik/Supply Chain Management oder über einen vergleichbaren Studienabschluss
- Du bringst fundiertes Supply Chain & Prozessmanagement Wissen mit und hast mehrjährige Erfahrungen in Schnittstellenfunktionen
- Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, verstehst gerne komplexe Prozesse, siehst sie im Kontext und suchst nach ganzheitlichen Lösungen
- Du bist analytisch, leitest Verbesserungspotentiale anhand von Daten ab und berücksichtigst auch nicht messbare Informationen
- Du bist Systemaffin und hast technisches Verständnis
- Du interessierst dich für neue Technologien und die Digitalisierung von Prozessen
- Kommunikation und Führung gehören zu deinen Stärken
- Du denkst unternehmerisch und handelst mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Ergebnisorientierung
