**A job that inspires**
- You manage the day-to-day operations of the Senior Vice President Business Controlling independently.
- You are accountable for various outlook calendars of senior managers, scheduling of appointments and agendas, handling incoming correspondence and internal and external queries; drafting and handling routine correspondence.
- You process and handle all correspondence in English and German.
- You act as a first point of contact for internal and external partners and senior stakeholders.
- You manage all office administrative tasks, e.g. ordering and coordination of IT requirements of new starters / leavers, vacation planning, order office material, etc.
- You track, monitor and follow up issues and priorities, to ensure deadlines are set.
- You organize and support internal/external meetings, conferences, off-site and other events
- You manage and organize the managers' travel and accommodation in line with company’s travel policy
- A monthly review of the cost center development is also part of your tasks.
- You support in different projects on an ad hoc basis.
**A convincing background**
- Professional experience in a similar position in a fast paced, international environment
- Excellent administrative and MS Office skills
- Good SAP knowledge beneficial
- Excellent time management and organizational skills i.e. ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Creativity, persistence and flexibility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Absolute confidentiality, integrity, and reliability
- Ability to cope with short-notice changes and time pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude, commitment and sense of accountability
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to solve problems with an innovative and entrepreneurial approach
- Fluency in English and German (verbal and written) - other languages beneficial
