Nach jahrelanger Forschung und Entwicklung haben wir im Januar 2020 unsere erste Produktlinie auf den Markt gebracht und waren vom Erfolg unserer Milchalternative überwältigt. Heute verkaufen wir neben Milchalternativen auch Ready-to-Drinks und Joghurtalternativen in immer mehr Supermärkten, Drogeriemärkten, Cafes und vielen weiteren Verkaufsstellen.

Unsere Finanzen sind mit unserem Wachstum immer komplexer geworden. Wir brauchen Dich, um sie auf ein neues Level zu bringen

Aufgaben
- Du erstellst, in enger Absprache mit dem Operations-Team, B2B-Rechnungen. Dafür stellst du sicher, dass jeder Lieferschein eine korrekte Rechnung hat und stimmst dich mit den Operations
- und Sales-Teams dazu ab, dass die Stammdaten korrekt sind.
- Du verantwortest den Versand der Rechnungen, die du erstellst und überwachst dafür EDI-, E-Mail und analoge Versandwege.
- Du stellst sicher, dass unser Factoring-Prozess zügig und zuverlässig läuft, indem du Rechnungen hochlädst und offene Fragen klärst
- Du verantwortest das Mahnwesen indem du fällige Rechnungen mit Zahlungseingängen abgleichst und Mahnungen versendest
- Du hilfst uns, unsere fehlenden Belege auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren. Dazu fragst du bei Kreditoren Belege an, bist mit deinen Team-Kolleg: innen im Austausch und scheust vor nichts zurück, um jeder Zahlung ihren Beleg zu beschaffen

Qualifikation
- Du hast 1-3 Jahre relevante Erfahrung (Finance, Operations, etc.), idealerweise in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen.
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf einem mindestens verhandlungssicheren Level, idealerweise auf muttersprachlichem Niveau.
- Du bist zuverlässig und arbeitest dich gerne und schnell in neue Systeme ein.
- Du bist immer auf der Suche nach dem besten Weg, dein Ziel zu erreichen und möchtest die Dinge strukturell verbessern / Arbeitsweisen optimieren.
- Optional: Excel
- und/oder Programmierkenntnisse (kein Muss).
