Although not recognizable as an emergency device at first glance, it enables users to call for help easily and immediately, anytime and anywhere. This way, we provide an extra dose of safety and we can save lives in the truest sense of the word. However, the Patronus watch itself is only the door opener to develop numerous other groundbreaking products to improve the lives of older people, their relatives and their caregivers. Your Impact

In order to succeed with this mission, we are looking for a Salesforce Administrator (M/F/d) to significantly co-develop our internal processes. Reporting directly to our Salesforce Lead, you will have end to end ownership of our Salesforce landscape and establish scalable processes that will have a long lasting impact on our business.

Your Mission
- Identify opportunities in business processes that can be accomplished with Salesforce functionality
- Use your expertise to help your internal stakeholders to achieve their business goals
- Translate business goals into functional needs, activate development capabilities in order to have needs transformed into Salesforce functionalities
- Bridge the gap between Salesforce and the business and act as the point of contact for Salesforce users
- Train and coach internal colleagues in CRM capabilities and the improved Way of Working to exploit platform usage

Your Talent
- Proficient understanding of Salesforce configuration and development concepts as well as process design and implementation
- Independent and result and process-oriented way of working
- Team player that values collaborative relationships at eye level
- Pragmatic, results-oriented and a strong growth mindset
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
