We are looking for a talented Salesforce Administrator to join our team in the Central West Europe region.-
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions to enhance Salesforce performance, including but not limited to updating data model, security settings, automations, reporting, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with the development team, including QA Engineers, Developers and Product Owners, on requirements and deliverables
- Collaborate closely with clients to gain insight into their business needs and recommend solutions to optimize their Salesforce implementation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce processes, policies, and procedures.
- Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce updates and technologies to ensure clients derive maximum benefit from their implementation.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Consulting.
- Salesforce Certificates, e.g. App Builder or Administrator certificates
- Excellent verbal and written English (B2/C1 level)
- Fluent with Flows
- A solid grasp of Salesforce Metadata & experience with git
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to comprehend and translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Effective communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and adept at task prioritization within a fast-paced environment.
