**Project Controller (d/m/w) Product Support Services**

Als Projektcontroller (d/m/w) sind Sie ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Connected Intelligence Finance Community und der Projektorganisation. Als anspruchsvoller Geschäftspartner werden Sie wesentlich zur Verwaltung der Gewinne und Verluste des Projekts beitragen. Sie werden Daten sammeln und bereitstellen, um eine fundierte Entscheidungsfindung auf Managementebene zu ermöglichen und einen Überblick über die Leistung im Vergleich zu den Zielen zu geben. Sie werden Diskrepanzen aufzeigen und analysieren und Maßnahmen zur Optimierung der finanziellen und operativen Leistung vorschlagen. Dabei arbeiten Sie mit Ihren Geschäftspartnern aus allen Abteilungen (z. B. Projektorganisation, Technik, Betrieb, Beschaffung, Vertrieb und anderen Finanzabteilungen) zusammen und fordern sie heraus. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie wichtige Änderungsentscheidungen im Projekt (Business Cases, Anpassung des Projektumfangs, größere Änderungen usw.). Sie werden auch die finanziellen Aspekte der Projektverträge verwalten, einschließlich Rechnungsstellung, Cash-, Risiko
- und Chancenmanagement. Während der Angebotsphasen sind Sie für alle finanziellen Aspekte zuständig und unterstützen Vertragsänderungen und die Akquisition zusätzlicher Aufträge unter Einhaltung der erforderlichen Rentabilitätsziele.

**Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**

Die Tätigkeit eines Projektcontrollers erfordert ein solides Geschäftsverständnis, ein Gespür für Zahlen und solide soziale Fähigkeiten, um die Beteiligten auch in schwierigen Situationen zu den besten Geschäftsentscheidungen für das Unternehmen zu führen. Die Rolle ist in ihrer Komplexität eine Herausforderung und muss von jemandem übernommen werden, der in der Lage ist, die Menschen, das Produkt und die Zahlen zu verstehen. Sie werden mit dem Projektteam zusammenarbeiten und in die Finanzgemeinschaft eingebettet sein. Ein hohes Maß an Selbstbewusstsein, emotionaler Intelligenz, Konfliktfähigkeit, Ausdauer und Durchsetzungsvermögen sind erforderlich, um diese Rolle als Business Partner zu meistern.

Ihre Projektcontroller Rolle wird im Deutschen Secure Communications Finanzteam angesiedelt sein. Als Teil der Connected Intelligence Business Unit bedienen wir unseren Deutschen Kunden mit sicheren Satelliten Kommunikationssystemen und Dienstleistungen.

In dieser Funktion decken Sie das Projektcontrolling unserer deutschen Regenerations
- und Service-Verträge ab, welche ein wichtiger Eckpfeiler unseres Geschäfts sind. Mit Ihrer Arbeit tragen Sie aktiv zum Erfolg unseres Secure Communications Geschäfts heute und in Zukunft bei.

Ihre Haupttätigkeiten werden sein:

- Durchführung der Auftragssteuerung, des Projekt-Controlling und Reporting
- Projektbezogene SAP Struktur anlegen und pflegen
- Innenaufträge erstellen, abstimmen und übermitteln
- Eingangs
- und Ausgangsrechnungen bearbeiten und prüfen
- Vorbereitung und Unterstützung des Angebot-Vettings (Risk Management Conference)
- Budgetkontrolle und -überwachung durchführen
- Preisprüfung vorbereiten und begleiten
- Aktive Unterstützung des kaufmännischen Vertragsmanagements

Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanzen, eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit Berufserfahrung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben bereits erste Erfahrung in den Bereichen Finanzen und (Projekt-) Controlling
- Es ist von Vorteil, wenn Sie Erfahrungen mit dem öffentlichen Auftraggeber haben
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit SAP (CO/FI)
- Sie sind es gewohnt in einem Matrix-U
