Aufgrund unserer exzellenten Perspektiven und den damit verbundenen weiteren Wachstumsplänen suchen wir für den Standort Berlin eine/n WerkstudentIn (m/w/d) für den Customer Service mit Marketingaufgaben.
**Aufgabenbeschreibung**:
- Du supportest das Sales Team bei der Administration unserer operativen Geschäftstätigkeiten und im Customer Service
- Du unterstützt uns beim Management von Kundenanfragen im Tagesgeschäft
- Selbstständige Abwicklung von Projekten im Social Media Bereich, Pflege der Unternehmenshomepage und Umsetzung von digitalen und analogen Marketingaktivitäten
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Koordination von vertrieblich administrativen Aufgaben & Projekten
- Mit deinem Wissen aus Studium und anderen Tätigkeiten stehst du uns darüber hinaus bei Sales
- und Marketingprojekten zur Seite
**Erwartete Qualifikationen**:
- Du studierst im Bachelor
- oder Master im Bereich der BWL, Medizintechnik, Gesundheitsmanagement oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang
- Berufserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- Du verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Dialog mit B2B- & B2C Kunden
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachniveau, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast eine analytische Herangehensweise und Spaß daran sich in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten
