As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a curious and passionate individual to join our team as the Talent Acquisition Intern (f/m/d) and drive our business forward. This role is full-time and offers the flexibility to work on-site (hybrid) at our Leipzig headquarters or in Berlin.

Duration: 6 months

Start date: asap

**What Will Your Role Be**:
In our People and Culture team we work together towards building a great workplace where each team member feels valued, supported and fulfilled in their roles. As the Talent Acquisition Intern (f/m/d) you will learn best Talent Acquisition practices, eventually take over full-cycle recruitment for your roles and play a part in shaping our business. You'll also have the opportunity to be involved in TA-related projects to improve our internal processes - you'll see the impact of your work from day one

**What You´ll Do**:

- Support with interview scheduling and calendar administration
- Partner and maintain relationships with the Hiring Managers
- Take part in recruitment-related projects Have fun along the way

**What You´ll Bring**:

- Ideally a degree in a Business, Human Resources or similar field/ currently enrolled in a related degree programme
- Ability to work in an organized and detail-oriented manner
- Proactive positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm about working in a fast-paced environment
- **Fluency in English and German**
