**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Zur Weiterentwicklung des Kunden erarbeitest du basierend auf Daten & deinem Kundenverständnis Strategien, Konzepte und Kampagnen im Social Media und Digital-Bereich und agierst intern als Bindeglied zwischen Consulting und Kreation
- Du entwickelst strategische Konzepte für die Social Media Kanäle unserer Kunden aus dem Bereich Financial Services
- Du erarbeitest kreative Kampagnen, die den User und emotionales Storytelling in den Fokus rücken
- Du übernimmst die Analyse und Identifikation aktueller Trends und Best Practices zur Ableitung von entsprechenden Empfehlungen für neue Ansätze beim Kunden
- Du verantwortest die Planung, Steuerung und Erarbeitung von Content unter Berücksichtigung der Markenvorgaben, Zielgruppen
- Durch Steuerung und Durchführung von Benchmark
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen identifizierst du die neusten Trends und Best Practices
- Du erstellst und pflegst Redaktionspläne und koordinierst den Content-Prozess mit unserem internen Kreations-Team

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du bist am Puls der Zeit und weißt welche Trends durch die Decke gehen werden oder eben auch nicht
- Du hast dein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen (Bachelor oder Master) und verfügst über einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Als exzellenter Projektmanager bist du in der Lage mit unterschiedlichen Teams innerhalb der Agentur zusammen zu arbeiten, managest detaillierte Workflows ohne Probleme und agierst gerne als Bindeglied zwischen internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Deiner Kreativität sind keine Grenzen gesetzt: Du hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch sowie ein gutes Auge für visuelle Inhalte und weißt, wie du andere mit deinen Ideen überzeugen kannst
- Du hast eine analytische Denkweise und kannst ohne Probleme Empfehlungen und Learnings aus Social Media Statistiken ableiten
- In einem schnelllebigen Umfeld fühlst du dich wohl und kannst dich erst richtig entfalten. Dabei arbeitest du lösungsorientiert und flexibel
- Du weist Sprachgefühl und Kommunikationsgeschick sowie ein hohes Maß an Dienstleistungsorientierung auf
- Bestenfalls hast du bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit Photoshop oder InDesign
- Du verfügst über hervorragende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
