Führen Sie im Einklang mit dem Führungsmodell der Airbus Gruppe ein Team an den Standorten Augsburg und Varel als Leiter der Abteilung "Procurement Quality Management Metallic & Non-Metallic Material and Specified Parts".
Engagieren, entwickeln und motivieren Sie das Team anhand der Airbus Values, der HR-Prozesse und Entwicklungstools.
Bauen Sie ein vertrauensvolles und integratives Umfeld auf und fördern Sie faktenbasierte Entscheidungen in Zusammenarbeit und eine Denkweise.
Leiten Sie ein Team in der Supply Chain Quality und helfen Sie dabei unsere externen Lieferketten zu stabilisieren.
Stellen Sie pünktliche, kosten
- und qualitätsgerechte Lieferungen sicher, um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten, Risiken und Chancen zu eskalieren.
Fördern Sie Innovation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung indem Sie Aktivitäten ohne Mehrwert erkennen und eliminieren.
Sichern Sie das Geschäft kurz-/mittel-/langfristig und tragen Sie so zur Steigerung der Rentabilität von Airbus bei.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Disziplinarische, fachliche und standortübergreifende Führung der Abteilung „Procurement Quality Management Metallic & Non-Metallic Material and Specified Parts“
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung luftrechtlicher Vorschriften und Prozesse
- Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von Qualitätsanforderungen und -Standards
- Sicherstellung aller technischen, infrastrukturellen, personellen, wirtschaftlichen und materiellen Voraussetzungen im Bereich
- Steuerung und Überwachung des Ressourceneinsatzes
- Definition und Umsetzung von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen für die Mitarbeiter im Bereich
- Initiierung und Durchführung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen durch Kosten
- und Prozessoptimierungen
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Schnittstellen innerhalb der Abteilung und mit anderen Funktionsbereichen
- Förderung der Entwicklung und der Motivation der Ihnen direkt unterstellten Teams. Entwicklung der Zusammenarbeit und neuer Denkweisen
- Einhaltung interner und externer Bestimmungen von Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheits
- und Umweltschutz
**Ihre Qualifikationen**:
- Hochschulausbildung oder Betriebswirt bzw. Techniker und mehrjährige betriebliche Erfahrung; darin jeweils Führungserfahrung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement, Luftrecht, Wareneingangsprüfung und Supply Chain Management
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse
- Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Analytisches Denkvermögen und Belastungsfähigkeit
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (insb. MS Office und SAP)
