**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du steuerst fachlich und disziplinarisch ein Team aus Expert:innen im Fachbereich Group IT-Security und berichtest an den Head of IT-Security.
- Du führst die Mitarbeiter:innen, stehst ihnen zur Seite, motivierst sie und bist für ihre Weiterentwicklung zuständig. Auch die wertschätzende Trennung von Mitarbeiter:innen fällt in deinen Verantwortungsbereich
- Du bist zusammen mit deinem Team technisch verantwortlich für alle Tools der IT-Sicherheit, betreibst sie und entwickelst sie zusammen mit deinen fachlichen Stakeholdern in der IT-Sicherheit weiter.
- Du steuerst alle Prüfungshandlungen (EZB, JAP, Revision etc.) in deinem Team und bist für eine verbindliche Abarbeitung der verabredeten Maßnahmen verantwortlich
- Du steuerst Budgets und Kosten unter Einhaltung der Kostenziele zusammen mit deiner FBL.
- Du hast die relevante Regulatorik sowie Weiterentwicklungen dieser im Blick

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast einen Abschluss (Bachelor / Master) der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare IT-bezogene Ausbildung mit Fokus IT- oder Informationssicherheit oder verfügst über vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- IT-Security und dazugehörende Technik & Tools sowie deren Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung beherrschst du aus dem Effeff.
- Cloud-(Security-)Technologien, insbesondere im AWS-Umfeld, liegen dir.
- Du verfügst über nachweisbare Erfolge in der Führung von heterogenen Teams in Zeiten großer Herausforderungen
- Du begreifst IT-Security als elementaren Bestandteil eines Unternehmens und hast in der Abwägung von Interessen den Erfolg der Bank stets im Blick
- Eine sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit, Stakeholdermanagement, Selbstständigkeit und Resilienz gegenüber Kritik zeichnen dich aus
- In Stresssituationen behältst du einen kühlen Kopf und hältst dein Team zusammen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
