**About the role**:
Embark on a career where you can influence the financial success of Reckitt by becoming our next Senior Commercial Controller. In this pivotal role, you'll play a key Commercial Finance leadership role within DACH Region. You’ll be the strategic Business partner to commercial teams focused on delivering profitable financial growth, optimising investments and supporting financial operations. Your expertise will not only contribute to the soundness of our accounts but also help drive the company forward through insightful analysis and strategic risk management. **Your responsibilities**:
- Financial management & control of DACH Region marketing investments
- Generation of brand led commercial strategy; balancing product portfolio, volume, price & marketing investment for category leading brands (inc. Finish, Sagrotan, Vanish)
- Commercial decision governance & support for key marketing initiatives incl. NPD launches, pricing, promotional investment for category leading brands
- Management of annual financial planning and forecasting cycles
- Interface between Finance and Marketing organization; Business Partner to the Marketing Director
- Lead ROI reporting & analysis of marketing and trade investment
- Governance of P2P process, P&L lines and balance sheets for marketing, adhering to corporate policy and external regulations
- Own & develop business centric financial reporting to deliver action focused analysis into performance, risks & opportunities
- Lead and develop the Marketing controlling team members
**The experience we're looking for**:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Finance or Controlling
- Experience in product focused Industry, preferably FMCG
- Business fluent in English, German as a plus
- Strong IT & financial systems experience, strong MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong commercial understanding
- Advanced accounting knowledge
- High levels of ownership
- Inquisitive nature with entrepreneurial approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to thrive within cross functional teams
- Able to prioritize & manage multiple complex scenarios
- Willingness to question established processes & standards
- Enjoys agile environments with swift decision taking
