**What you can expect in this role**:

- **Shape the Brand’s Look & Feel**:You’ll play a key role in building and refining our brand’s visual identity, ensuring everything we create feels fresh, modern, and distinctly marktguru
- **Design for Real Impact**:You'll work across digital campaigns, social media, print, and more. Your role will shape each project from start to finish, embedding storytelling into cohesive visuals that leave a lasting impression across platforms
- **Brand Guardian**:Ensure that our visuals feel connected and consistently represent our brand values across all touchpoints, from ad campaigns to product launches and beyond
- **Collaborate & Create**:Work hand-in-hand with marketing, product, and content teams. You'll be part of a highly collaborative environment where ideas are openly shared, and everyone's input is valued
- **Support UI/UX Design**:Support our UI/UX team in crafting thoughtful and engaging user interfaces by contributing to layouts and components, as well as intuitive wireframes, mockups, and user flows

**Your essential experience and education**:

- **Creative Visionary**:You have a natural talent for bringing ideas to life, turning them into designs that draw people in and keep them engaged
- **Experienced Designer**:With multiple years of graphic design experience, you’ve built a portfolio that showcases your ability to work across different mediums (and if you’ve got UI/UX projects, we’d love to see them)
- **Collaborative and Curious**:You love brainstorming, sharing feedback, and exploring new ideas with a team that’s just as passionate as you are
- **Proficient with Design Tools**:You’re comfortable working with common design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), and if you’ve got skills in Figma, Canva or Webflow, even better
- **Bilingual**:Fluent in both German and English, you’re able to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders seamlessly
- **Always Growing**:You’re not content with just mastering the basics—you stay up-to-date on design trends and are always eager to learn something new

The salary for this position ranges from €36,000 to €60,000 gross annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
