**Im Klartext - dein Einsatz bei uns**:

- Vorbereiten von Entscheidungsunterlagen für und Unterstützung bei Beratungsgesprächen der HR Business Partner
- Aufbereiten von Daten, Erstellen von Analysen, Reports und Präsentationen
- Mitwirkung bei der Einführung von neuen HR-Prozessen und Strukturen
- Mitgestalten der Umsetzung von Prozessen in unserer digitalen HR Suite
- Koordination und Ausgestaltung des monatlichen HR Newsletters
- Du nimmst als vollwertiges Mitglied sowohl an Teammeetings als auch an bereichsübergreifenden Meetings teil

- Fortgeschrittenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement, Arbeits-, Organisations
- und Wirtschaftspsychologie oder Ähnliches
- Erste HR-Erfahrung durch Praktika und/oder Werkstudententätigkeit von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an den Themen Performance Management, Mitarbeiterbindung, strategisches Personalmanagement
- Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Spaß an Teamwork und Freude am Lernen
- Motivation, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
- Kommunikationsstärke, Einfühlungsvermögen, Kreativität
- Selbstständiges, strukturiertes und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
