Seit 2021 gehört das Haus zur Marriott International Familie.

- Du prüfst die korrekte Eingabe von Zahlen, Buchungen und Belegen
- Du wirkst tatkräftig bei Tages-, Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen mit
- Du bearbeitest eingehende Korrespondenz und Mahnungen
- Reporting bereitet dir keine Kopfschmerzen und Du machst dies gewissenhaft nach Marriott
- und HGB-Richtlinien und betreust interne sowie externe Prüfungen
- Du bist hauptverantwortlich für entweder Kreditoren oder Debitoren und Kasse und allen Aufgaben, die damit einhergehen, um Dein Team zu unterstützen
- Du pflegst präzise elektronische Tabellenkalkulationen für Finanz
- und Buchhaltungsdaten
- Du stellst durch gewissenhaftes Arbeiten sicher, dass wir für (interne) Audits gewappnet sind
- Du kommunizierst professionell mit Kunden und Gästen, sowohl telefonisch als auch schriftlich
- Du unterstützt den Director of Finance and Accounting bei der Erstellung des Forecasts
- Du stehst deinem Team sowie Auszubildenden tatkräftig zur Seite
- Du berichtest Unstimmigkeiten, die dir auffallen und dokumentierst diese
- Du bist absolut vertrauenswürdig und alle vertraulichen Daten sind sicher bei dir
- Du übernimmst Projektaufgaben und bringst deine eigenen Ideen ein
- Du bist kompetente Ansprechperson für die Hotelteams in allen Fragen operativen Buchhaltung

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Hotel-/ Restaurantfach sowie kaufmännische Ausbildung möglich
- Alternativ auch ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position, idealerweise in der Hotellerie
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, das nichts aus der Ruhe bringen kann
- Herzliche, authentische und kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit
- Mitreißende Kommunikations
- und Ausdrucksfähigkeit auf Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, eine weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
