Claims Specialist

**The role**:
Management of claim support for Consumer Care and Salon products.

**This is a permanent, full-time position based in Darmstadt.**

**What you will do**:

- Co-development of claims for Consumer Care market and Salon Care products together with Product Development, Marketing, Regulatory & Legal
- Understanding of claim support methods and selection of adequate method for each claim
- Coordination of claim support measurements based on approved claims; contact with external partners/institutes (i.e. ProDerm, Clearcast)
- Writing of claim reports and forward to Regulatory for storage in database
- Co-develop new claim support methods and optimise current claims support process
- Observing market and competition to identify new claims and potential methods to support these claims
- Contact person for Legal & Regulatory Affairs regarding claim complaints/challenges

**What you will need**:

- Degree in Natural Sciences
- Background in formula development or technical claim support (ideally Cosmetics)
- Ideally knowledge of basic statistics
- Strong organisational and technical skills
- Excellent collaboration and communicational skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Stakeholder management

- Fluent in English
