**The role**:
You will provide liaison support for Export EMEA, i.e. Kao Germany and Kao USA International business partners and manages the documentation coordination for the sanitary registration process required for the sale of Kao Consumer Care Business products in foreign countries. In addition you will be supporting the Commercial team EUR with daily operations support and administrative tasks across all countries and brands.
**What you will do**:
- Work with external customers such as Distributors, Attorneys, PCPC, Embassies and Consulates to understand registration procedures. Coordinate, work and follow-through with internal teams such as Data Management, Global Regulatory Affairs, Safety, Global Claims, R&D, Legal, Sales, Operations, Distributor Managers and Marketing to obtain information needed to successfully register Kao products.
- Ensure that defined internal registration process is followed & lead process and meetings with the appropriate internal team members to ensure the registration requests are processed and completed in a timely manner.
- Develop organization system and processes to continually improve Kao's registration document processes with internal resources and directly with Kao business partners and maintain organized records to support and document product registrations.
- Manage country requests such as product compliant queries, safety and health certificates, quality statements, shelf-life certificates, logistic data and packaging information e.g. storage requirements, weight of components, recycling info etc. - coordinate with Kao internal functions.
- Regular updates of monthly reporting & business plan templates, order forms etc.
- Regularly update Euromonitor and macro-economic data for EMEA Export markets.
- Track, coordinate internally with team and maintain Export documentations updated: Distributor Contract Data and Expiry Dates, distributor contact lists
- Yearly Updates of GDPR /One Trust (documented CCB Export processes)
- Yearly Anti-Bribery Check documentation and provide updates to Japan
**What you will need**:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow-up to ensure timelines are met.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Computer Skills: Top Excel Skills and good Microsoft Office, ability to learn internal Systems to retrieve information (SAP, PALM, for example).
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to manage time, multiple projects, and prioritize effectively
- Fluent in English, fluent German language preferred
