Die Position
- In Ihrer Funktion tragen Sie die umfassende Verantwortung (fachlich, disziplinarisch, Kostenstelle) für den Bereich Schaltschrankproduktion. Sie berichten an die Bereichsleitung Produktion und sind Ihrerseits für rund 250 Mitarbeitende verantwortlich.
- Zu Ihren zentralen Aufgaben gehört es, den Bereich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und wettbewerbsfähig zu gestalten.
- Im Tagesgeschäft stellen Sie die Produktion kundenspezifischer Schaltschränke, Schaltkästen und Komponenten für die Business Units sowie die Inbetriebnahme von Modulen einschließlich Funktionstests sicher.
- Dabei gewährleisten Sie die entsprechenden Qualitätsstandards und internationalen elektrotechnischen Anforderungen.
- Des Weiteren unterstützen Sie die Business Units bei der Gestaltung und Konstruktion von Schaltschränken.
- Sie sprechen Empfehlungen bezüglich Produktionsmethoden an Schnittstellenbereichen aus.
- Sie nehmen an Produktentwicklungsprojekten und der Gestaltung der Technologie-/ Prozess-Standards im Bereich Elektrokomponenten teil.
- Sie geben Impulse im Rahmen von Veränderungsprojekten und wirken an Produktkostenverbesserungen mit.

Ihr Profil
- Sie haben ein technisch orientiertes Studium wie Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Im Anschluss haben Sie mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld gesammelt und fundierte Kenntnisse hinsichtlich eingesetzter und geeigneter Produktionsverfahren sowie deren betriebswirtschaftlicher Relevanz erworben.
- Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Erfahrung in ganzheitlichen Optimierungen entlang der Supply Chain, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Abhängigkeiten vor
- und nachgelagerter Prozessschritte, da sich die Verantwortung über einen kompletten Wertschöpfungsschritt erstreckt.
- Persönlich zeichnen Sie sich durch ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke aus. Sie verstehen es, andere zu überzeugen und sich durchzusetzen.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist ziel
- und ergebnisorientiert, als innovative Persönlichkeit treiben Sie sie kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen und Strukturen aktiv voran.
- Als Führungskraft zeigen Sie ein hohes Maß an Sozialkompetenz und besitzen Erfahrung in der Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung heterogener Teams.
- Eine Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 10 % ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
