Du bist ein Stratege mit einem klaren Blick auf die Lieferkette der Zukunft? Du möchtest die Logistikprozesse des größten Blumenhändlers in Europa nachhaltig mitgestalten und dabei ein Team von 120 Mitarbeiter*innen führen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig

Als **Head of Logistics / Leiter Logistik** übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die gesamte logistische Kette von Blume2000 - vom Wareneinkauf bis zur Lieferung an unsere Filialen und Endkunden. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Produkte stets frisch und pünktlich bei unseren Kund*innen ankommen.

In enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern treibst du die Effizienz und Konsistenz unserer Prozesse voran. Als Mitglied des Geschäftsleiterkreises bringst du deine strategische Expertise ein, um unsere nationale und internationale Expansion aktiv mitzugestalten - und hilfst uns, jeden Tag ein Stück besser zu werden.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- **Strategie**: Du übernimmst die Entwicklung und Umsetzung langfristiger Logistikstrategien zur Optimierung der gesamten Lieferkette.
- **Digitalisierung**: Du machst unsere Logistik fit für unsere nationale und internationale Wachstumsstrategie und sorgst für eine konsequente Digitalisierung der Prozesse.
- **Nachhaltigkeit**: Du identifizierst Optimierungspotentiale in unseren Logistikprozessen, sorgst für eine nachhaltige Umsetzung und bist an der Einführung und Förderung nachhaltiger Praktiken in der gesamten Lieferkette beteiligt.
- **Führung & Entwicklung**:Du führst ein Team von ca. 120 Mitarbeiter*innen, förderst deren Weiterentwicklung und motivierst sie, unsere Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über umfassende Erfahrungen in der strategischen Gestaltung und Optimierung von Logistiknetzwerken.
- Du hast einen Masterabschluss in Supply Chain, Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung.
- Du möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen, kannst eine Vision entwickeln, diese den Stakeholdern vermitteln und mit Deinem Team in eine praxisnahe Umsetzung bringen.
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeiten, bist KPI-driven und entscheidungsstark.
- Du hast ein tiefgehendes Verständnis für logistische Prozesse, deren Optimierung sowie die Fähigkeit, eine prozessorientierte Denkweise in der gesamten Organisation zu fördern und Mitarbeiter*innen zur Verbesserung von Prozessen zu motivieren.
- Du bringst eine Leidenschaft für nachhaltige Logistiklösungen mit und hast ein hohes Umweltbewusstsein.
- Du bringst eine praktische Herangehensweise bei Problemlösungen sowie der Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen mit.
