In your role as** **Junior Workforce Growth Specialist (M/F/d) **you will help play an integral role in ensuring the smooth and efficient hiring or our operations staff across Germany.

**Job Description**:

- Confidently leading and conducting interviews/presentations
- You provide a qualitative report to your direct stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- You are enthusiastic about working in a start-up environment
- You have prior experience recruiting operational roles and improving recruitment processes
- You are open, communicative and a team player
- You speak fluent German and English
- You have already gained some experience with HR-related tasks
- You have already gained some experience with Excel/ Google Sheets
