**Job Description**:
This is a key EMEA leadership position which will have primary accountability for all commercial activity, full P&L responsibility & the overall operating performance, including Warehouse, Big Trucks, Counterbalance products and Major Accounts within a defined geographical area. This includes all activities related to Sales and defined support of Aftersales and Major Accounts programmes. The incumbent will be directly accountable for the commercial success of a defined geographical area, driving the business activities through the Area Business Managers of Consolidated Trading Areas (CTAs). This position will be responsible for:
- Directly reporting to VP Sales, EMEA, and working with the EMEA Leadership Team to ensure that agreed and budgeted mid to long term commercial initiatives and strategies are implemented within the defined geographical area and within the agreed timeline.
- Primary focus on delivering sustainable and profitable Revenue generation and Operating Profit across LRFF periods.
- Developing sustainable and profitable Market Share, Revenue and Adjusted Standard Margin growth from Units Sales, Aftersales and Emerging Technology solutions within a given geographical area in line with EMEA and Corporate objectives to achieve / exceed the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Developing the medium and long term business plans with Dealer Partners within the defined geographical area.
- Operationally, leading Dealer Partner development activities through the Dealer Annual Business Plan (DABP) and targeted strategies to deliver against set Dealer Partner performance metrics including market share growth in line with the LRFF defined in the area business plan (Unit Sales, Aftersales and Emerging Technology solutions).
- Area leadership and office management of the respective operating area (where applicable).
- Key Accountabilities_
Channel Management
- Lead implementation of strategic area plan for the covered territory in line with HYG LRFF vision
- Lead joint strategic development and investment plans with dealers
- High level relationship with Dealer management including succession planning
- Major Account Development
- International MA and National accounts increasing participation at location level
- Develop Dealer management systems including NOVO CRM, SLMS and pipeline management
Lead full product line
- Units revenue, market share, units volume and margin.
Commercial Aftersales
Pricing and Discounts
- Strategic pricing decisions (including special promotions and tenders)

Area Office Management
- Knowledge Required_
- Degree level (MBA- preferred)
- Senior Commercial Business leader with minimum 15 years of Sales & Marketing experience.
- Experience of managing a team to achieve marketing/business development in a dealership or of a dealership network.
- Responsibility for P&L of over $100m.
- Experience in: margin management, dealer profitability management, contract management, finance and rental, bids and tender management.
