**YOUR MISSION**:
**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Provide comprehensive compliance advice and support to internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal matters, with a particular focus on regulatory compliance, including guiding on GTM strategies from a compliance perspective.
- Conduct thorough compliance reviews and analysis of contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of guiding policies for commercial departments, working closely with sales enablement to recommend best practices to ensure compliance.
- Identify and assess legal risks associated with contracts and agreements from a compliance standpoint.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed to address compliance issues and mitigate risks.
- Stay abreast of changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting the company's operations, and communicate potential legal implications to relevant stakeholders.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**:

- A law degree from a German university (for practicing law in Germany), or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution, is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Legal Counsel, with a focus on regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of legal principles related to compliance and experience ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical compliance advice.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts related to compliance to non-legal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a particular focus on compliance matters
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams on compliance issues.

**Nice To Have**:

- Experience working in a compliance department is preferred.
