1WorldSync ist der Branchenführer im Bereich Produkt-Content-Management. Mit rund 600 Mitarbeitern in den USA, Brasilien, Kanada, Frankreich, Deutschland, Portugal, der Schweiz und Großbritannien suchen wir einen **Director of Data **zur Unterstützung unseres wachsenden globalen Teams.

Der **Director of Data** ist dem **Chief Technology Officer** unterstellt und spielt die Hauptrolle in unserem Datenteam. Deine Hauptaufgabe wird es sein, das Datenteam zu leiten und weiterzuentwickeln und dabei die Ausrichtung auf die strategischen Ziele des Unternehmens sicherzustellen. Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen, um diese mit datengestützten Erkenntnissen zu versorgen, überwachen die Datenverwaltung und leiten die Datenstrategie des Unternehmens. Darüber hinaus standardisierst du die Datennutzung in allen Teams, berichten den Führungskräften über Dateninitiativen und bewertest die Machbarkeit von Projekten, um die Datenbereitschaft und -verantwortung im gesamten Unternehmen sicherzustellen.

Als **Director of Data** bei 1WorldSync hast du unter anderem folgende Aufgaben:

- Leitung und Entwicklung des Datenteams, um sicherzustellen, dass dessen Wachstum und Leistung mit den strategischen Zielen des Unternehmens übereinstimmen,- Förderung eines kollaborativen Umfelds, das Innovation, Effizienz und das Erreichen persönlicher und geschäftlicher Ziele begünstigt.- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen, um die Teams durch datengestützte Erkenntnisse zu unterstützen.- Vereinfachung komplexer Datenkonzepte für eine klare Kommunikation innerhalb des Unternehmens.- Beaufsichtigen Sie die Datenverwaltung, um die Integrität und Sicherheit der Daten zu gewährleisten.- Leiten und Führen der Datenstrategie des Unternehmens und Sicherstellen der Übereinstimmung mit den allgemeinen Geschäftszielen.- Planen und Überwachen der Umstellung von Datensystemen zur Unterstützung von Data Science, Analysen und Anwendungsanforderungen.- Standardisierung der Datennutzung und -definitionen in allen Teams und Gewährleistung eines einheitlichen Datenglossars.- Berichterstattung über die Entwicklung und den Status von Dateninitiativen an die Führungsebene.- Bewertung der Machbarkeit von Projekten und Durchführung von Proof-of-Concepts, um die Machbarkeit von Daten zu bestimmen.
- Sicherstellung von Verantwortlichkeit und Zielorientierung bei allen datenbezogenen Aktivitäten.

**Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen**:
- Hochschulabschluss in Mathematik, Ingenieurwesen, Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich.- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition mit fundierten Kenntnissen in den Bereichen analytische Fähigkeiten, Data Science, KI und maschinelles Lernen.- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Python, BigQuery, Java, Dataflow, Apache Beam, TensorFlow/PyTorch.- Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Cloud-Architekturen und -Diensten, einschließlich GCP (Vertex AI, GCS, Compute Engine) und AWS (SageMaker, S3, EC2).
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Predictive Analytics und mit BI-Tools wie Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio.

**Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen**:

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Datenwissenschaft, Analyse und Technik.- Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz bei der Bereitstellung und funktionsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit.- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, Probleme schnell und innovativ zu lösen, indem die entsprechenden Ressourcen zusammengestellt werden.- Erfahrung mit JIRA und Scrum-Methoden.- Vertrautheit mit der Google Tool Suite.- Vertrautheit mit Theorie und Praxis von A/B-Tests, einschließlich Methoden wie p-Tests und Bayes'schen Ansätzen, und Bewusstsein für die Vorbehalte gegenüber einem frühen Abbruch.- Erfahrung mit Datenherausforderungen und Metriken im E-Commerce.- Fähigkeit zur Durchführung von Codierungsaufgaben und zur Erstellung kleiner Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) zur Validierung von MVPs.
