**What does the team do?**

Identifying key business drivers, sharing analytical solutions to complex problems, conducting scenario modelling and designing systems to ingest data and surface insights are the problems we face. We work in a fast-paced environment where analysts dive into problems, collaborate and connect with stakeholders to design solutions and are expected to own problems through to delivery.

**What will your duties be?**
- You will act as a business translator to transform business problems into actionable analytical projects. You will understand our business and operations as well as our stakeholders; becoming a thought partner
- Drive the definition of project charter, deliverables, identifying key stakeholders, required data (and how to obtain) and timelines. You will be responsible for delivering the project plan, collaborate and communicate with stakeholders throughout the process and “running through the finish line” to ensure projects drive impact for the business.
- Deliverables will range from PowerBI dashboards to data systems and information flows, empowering our business to deliver more, better.
- Embedded within the real estate community to identify opportunities for analytics to add value.
- Contribute to the RES and DHL analytics communities, sharing your experience and knowledge in identifying new and creative solutions to the problems we face.

**What are we looking for from you?**
- You will have a Growth Mindset with the right mix of passion, humility, positivity and desire to grow and experience solving problems with data and collaborating with stakeholders as a data-driven thought partner
- Strong Python, SQL, BI, Stata, and R experience
- Ability to translate abstract problems into concrete analytical deliverables; especially identifying required collaborators, establishing scope and milestones and be able to adapt in a dynamic environment if priorities change and quickly incorporate new information into analyses
- Strong business acumen and the ability to “step into the shoes” of our stakeholders, understanding their wants and needs and connecting this to analytical solutions
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer or Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, business or related quantitative fields; Master's degree or higher preferred
- The ability to take complex data and analyses and communicate the findings in a clear, concise, and easy to understand manner to various stakeholder group
