We are looking for a new colleague in the R&D ADAS & Electronics department at our location in Friedrichshafen.

**Your tasks**:

- Technical leadership of a team of function owners to develop standardized platforms, architectures, functions, and processes with the goal of increasing product, technology and process quality.
- Proactive initiation of technical reviews of customer projects and assistance with risk assessments across the entire system context. Plan, prioritize, monitor, and ensure conformance of work products.
- Responsibility of technical release of products with the Product Owner and validation of the technical maturity of work products.

**Your Profile**:

- Completed studies in computer sciences, electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable field with several years of relevant work experience, ideally in the automotive industry especially in the areas of ADAS/AD.
- Very good knowledge as well as profound knowledge of ADAS systems and components such as radar and camera. In-depth understanding of automotive functions, development trends and innovations.
- Strong ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and act professionally based on the situation.
- Leadership and decision-making skills in a development environment, strategic thinking, and the ability to create a vision for the implementation of the ADAS short range strategy in CVS.
- Very strong communication skills, negotiation skills as well as global networking and coordination/collaboration skills, willingness to travel.
