As a **Senior People Partne**r (M/F/d) you are responsible for supporting the HR area of AUVESY-MDT in the DACH region, reporting directly to our Global Head of Human Resources. You will be able to make decisive contributions to the success of our vision. The role is available full-time immediately. With us you have the opportunity to work hybrid in our modernly equipped office.

**Your Tasks**:

- Personnel Administration - you and the team are responsible for personnel administration, from the creation of all relevant documents to preparatory payroll and employment law issues
- Business partnering - you act as a sparring partner for the managers and help them with the challenges of employee management and development, from labor law issues to personnel planning and performance measurement.
- Reporting - to optimize the entire area, you regularly collect statistics and implement appropriate measures
- Project work & employee retention - in order to ensure innovative further development of our department and our company, we work together as a team on our roadmap - e.g. creation of personnel development processes, definition of salary bands, optimization of existing processes, implementation of innovative tools, etc.
- Learning & Development - to ensure the best possible development of our employees and managers, you will be responsible for the L&D area by tracking training budgets, planning internal and external training measures and supporting performance and feedback processes
- Process optimization - you regularly review the department-relevant processes and ensure innovative, appreciative and professional adaptation
- Talent acquisition - together with the talent acquisition team, you develop a recruiting and employer branding strategy to attract new talent, sometimes jumping in to help support recruitment as well

**Your Profile**:

- Experience - you have completed a business degree or comparable qualification and have 5+ years of experience in operational and strategic human resources work
- Professional skills - You have already worked at a strategic level, are confident in German labor law, have ideally also gained international experience in a professional context and have experience in the area of cultural integration (merger, acquisition, hyper growth, etc.)
- Personal Skills - you are distinguished by your particularly solution-oriented, organized and professional work and your solutions create a connection between business and the people in the company
- Organization and structure - you have a feel for organization and structure, whereby an independent and reliable way of working is a matter of course for you
- Social skills - you have the necessary tact to solve challenging situations in a trustworthy and sustainable manner
- Team player - you act according to the motto: together we can achieve great things
- Language skills - you feel confident with both English and German
