Our 'one global team' approach ensures that our colleagues operate with mutual respect, wherever they may be – and a commitment to promote diverse thinking.The RoleSupporting both local and international Corporate Finance transactions in close interaction with senior professionals, clients and banksConducting financial analysis and modelling of target companies including comparable trading and transaction analysis as well as cash-flow based models (DCF/LBO)Drafting and structuring of client pitch-books and active participation in client meetings and marketing activitiesGuiding and developing junior team membersRequirementsMinimum of 3 years of prior investment banking or equivalent M&A experienceExcellent academic degree from a top university, ideally within the Economics, Finance, Business or related fieldStrong analytical skills and financial modelling experience as well as further knowledge of financial analysis (HGB and IFRS)Attention to detail and excellent self-organisation skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a teamBusiness-fluent proficiency in German and English (verbal and written) is essentialIf you would like to apply to this role, please send your CV and a covering letter to karriere@dcadvisory.com
