We are looking for an HR Generalist to integrate our Human Resources team.

You will be the first point of contact for our employees, working closely with the Head of Human Resources and other stakeholders, optimizing existing processes and getting involved in Human Resources projects.

Support the Head of Human Resources in a broad range of activities, including performance management, employee engagement, M&A activities, on- and offboarding, and employment transactions.
Responsible for all administrative requests, including but not limited to creating contracts, amendments, certificates, reference letters, etc.
Provide first level support to internal and external HR related inquiries and escalates to appropriate contact person.
In collaboration with Finance and external payroll provider, prepares, processes and reviews monthly payroll for German employees.
Maintain accurate payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, benefits deductions, and leaves of absence.
Reconcile payroll reports and prepare audit documentation as needed.
Assist, prepare, and review Human Resources reports to Head of HR, Leadership and key stakeholders.
Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
Support other functions or tasks as assigned.

Completed commercial training with an additional qualification in the field of Human Resources, a degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification


At least 2 years of professional experience in HR work as well as specialist knowledge in payroll accounting, payroll tax and social security law and labor law.
Hands-on mentality with independent work and organizational skills
Good written and spoken English skills round off your profile
