Product Designer (m/w/d) – Feature Ownership von Konzept bis Release medflex.de | Deutschland | Remote / Hybrid Kurzüberblick Wir suchen einen Product Designer mit starkem UX-Fokus und echter Produktverantwortung. Du übersetzt Feature Requests schnell in durchdachte UX-Konzepte und klickbare Prototypen, stimmst diese eng mit dem Tech-Team ab und begleitest die Umsetzung bis zur funktionierenden Auslieferung. Kein reiner Visual-Designer, sondern eine produktionsorientierte Rolle mit End-to-End-Ownership für Features. Deine Mission Du übernimmst Story Ownership für Features und Themen. Das heißt: Anforderungen strukturieren, Userflows und Interaktionen durchdenken, Umsetzung vorbereiten – und durch Testing und Abnahme sicherstellen, dass Features am Ende so funktionieren, wie sie konzipiert wurden. Deine Aufgaben Konzeption & UX-Design neuer Features Ganzheitliche Gestaltung von Userflows, Interaktionslogik und Informationsarchitektur (von Wireframes bis Hi-Fi) Prototyping in Figma Schnelle, effiziente Prototypen zur Diskussion und Umsetzung – mit Fokus auf Designsysteme und Wiederverwendbarkeit Vorbereitung und Formulierung von User Stories Klare Anforderungen, Akzeptanzkriterien, Edge Cases und Abhängigkeiten Enge Abstimmung mit Entwicklern Anforderungen entwicklerfähig vermitteln, Rückfragen klären, iterativ nachschärfen Teilnahme an Groomings & Sprintplanungen Strukturierte Vorbereitung und effiziente Zusammenarbeit im agilen Setup Testing & Abnahme Stories testen, Abweichungen dokumentieren und die fachliche Abnahme verantworten Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systeme Pflege, Verbesserung und saubere Weiterentwicklung von Bestandsfeatures Dokumentation & Kommunikation Interne Dokumentation sowie verständliche Aufbereitung für CS und Sales Schnittstellenmanagement Dauerhafter Ansprechpartner für Tech, CS und Sales inkl. Pflege von Zugängen und Schnittstellenbeschreibungen Was du mitbringen solltest Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Designer / UX Designer in digitalen Produkten (B2B/SaaS von Vorteil) Starkes UX-Verständnis über reines UI hinaus (Flows, Zustände, Logik, Nutzerführung) Technische Anschlussfähigkeit und Freude an enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern Sehr gute Figma-Kenntnisse (Designsysteme, Komponenten, Auto-Layout, effiziente Workflows) Erfahrung mit User Stories , Akzeptanzkriterien und agilen Arbeitsweisen Strukturierte, klare Kommunikation und saubere Dokumentation Ownership-Mindset : Du fühlst dich verantwortlich, dass ein Feature wirklich funktioniert – nicht nur gut aussieht Was wir dir bieten Hohe Eigenverantwortung und kurze Entscheidungswege in einem kleinen, fokussierten Product Team Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Tech, CS und Sales – ohne starre Silos Verantwortung über den gesamten Feature-Lifecycle: Idee → Konzept → Umsetzung → Testing/Abnahme Ein Umfeld, in dem Effizienz, Klarheit und pragmatische Lösungen zählen
