**Senior Product Owner (M/F/d) - Remote Germany**
- **Location**: Remote within Germany
- **Salary**: up to €80K (depending on experience)

- **About the Company**

My client is a **German software company** with more than **40 years in workforce management**. Their solutions help organisations across Germany manage time recording, workforce planning, and compliance with labour regulations.

The company is currently building a **new SaaS platform (B2B2C)** — a greenfield project designed to replace legacy systems with a modern, scalable solution that combines time recording, planning, and employee self-service.

**The Role**

We are looking for a **Senior Product Owner** to take full responsibility for driving this product forward. You will shape the roadmap, align stakeholders, and ensure the product delivers value to both users and partner organisations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap
- Translate business needs into actionable product features
- Align with internal stakeholders (CEO, CTO, and partner organisations)
- Lead research, discovery, and collaboration with legacy teams
- Ensure compliance requirements are met while creating a strong user experience
- Inspire and support a small, agile product team (4-5 people)

**What We’re Looking For**
- Several years of experience as a **Product Owner or Product Manager** in SaaS or HR/compliance-heavy products
- Strong communication skills — you ask questions, challenge assumptions, and engage stakeholders
- Proactive, self-reliant, and structured in your approach
- Pragmatic mindset: up to date with trends but focused on long-term value, not hype
- **German language skills (B2 or higher)**:

- Comfortable working **remote-first** within Germany, with optional hybrid in Stuttgart

**Hiring Process**

1. **Intro Interview (30 minutes)**: Communication and engagement focus

**2. Technical/Product Interview**: Product thinking and system design

**3. Final Interview**: With CEO and CTO, covering culture and vision

Pay: Up to 80.000,00€ per year
