Role Description We are looking for a strategic Business Analyst and Content Support who combines analytical thinking with exceptional content execution skills. You will develop sophisticated business materials that demonstrate business and economic value for C-level executives across all stages of the customer journey. This role requires someone who can translate complex concepts into compelling business materials and campaigns. Responsibilities Develop high-quality business content such as reports, case studies, white papers, landing pages, infographics, and sales/CS enablement materials Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support data-driven narratives Create campaign-ready content for multi-channel initiatives, including outreach, events, and demand-generation campaigns Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to align messaging and positioning Ensure all content is accurate, insightful, and aligned with brand and business objectives Support content distribution and optimization across funnel stages and campaign needs Requirements 3+ years of experience in business analysis, content development, marketing, or related B2B roles Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and business metrics Business acumen and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly Outstanding writing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail Proactive self-starter who can manage multiple projects independently Immediate availability Nice to have Experience creating content for C-level executives Background in business, administration, economics, or a similar analytical field Experience in B2B environments Portfolio demonstrating business-focused content What we offer Opportunity to grow within a dynamic marketing team Professional development opportunities Innovative and collaborative work environment Join us, join Backwell Tech This is a fully on-site position in Berlin (no hybrid or remote work).
