SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Lead

We are partnering with a global leader in the financial sector to hire a Lead Integrations Consultant with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP BTP/CPI . This role is part of the Corporate Functions , supporting critical business areas such as HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement , and other central functions. The organisation has over 30,000 employees in 18 countries. This is an Internal position , with a final customer (one of Germany's leading employers) Compensation: up to 135,000 EUR Key Responsibilities Design and deliver complex, end-to-end technology solutions aligned with both functional and non-functional business requirements. Contribute to the strategic planning of technology initiatives, ensuring long-term scalability and sustainability of systems. Lead integration efforts across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central , SAP BTP/CPI , and various enterprise systems. Ensure compliance with architecture standards, IT governance frameworks, and regulatory guidelines Collaborate with enterprise architects and lead solutions through architecture review boards. Partner with internal teams and vendors to establish and evolve efficient operational processes. Communicate architectural strategies and roadmaps effectively across both technical and business audiences. Your Profile Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology , or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Proven experience delivering enterprise IT solutions within the financial services industry . In-depth expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP BTP/CPI integrations. Strong understanding of IT architecture principles and enterprise architecture frameworks . Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors HCM integrations and related systems. Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP, ITIL ) are a plus, or willingness to pursue them. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders.
