You know when to take action and how to take the areas of your responsibility to the next level - excellence is the name of the game. We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to own Mindspace’s marketing strategy and execution across all German locations (Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, and Düsseldorf). You’ll lead a marketing team, build a 360° plan, run it end-to-end, monitor results, and continually optimize to hit company KPIs.
Own the Germany marketing plan & budget: Build, execute, measure, and iterate a holistic strategy across digital and offline channels - spanning online ads, lifecycle marketing, PR, influencers, online media, partnerships, OOH, local activations, and events.
Generate qualified demand: Brief, select, and oversee agencies and outsourced freelancers.
Sales enablement, decks, campaigns, videos, demos, and localized assets.
5+ years in marketing roles - must (experience with luxury brands or startups is a plus).
~ Proven experience in people management - must.
~ Fluent German and English (written & spoken) - must.
~ Experience in online advertising and lead generation campaign management — must.
~ Bachelor’s degree — must.
~ Familiarity with CRM/marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) - plus
