This role sits at the crossroads of product storytelling, workflow optimization, and cross-functional orchestration, ensuring that best-in-class visual assets land on time and unlock commercial performance across markets. Why this role matters You’ll be the central engine behind ~20 seasonal sales videos, aligning creative ambition with operational excellence. From shoot strategy to stakeholder management, you’ll architect the production pipeline, elevate collaboration with internal and external partners, and guarantee delivery of premium content that fuels product launches and drives sell-through. Key Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of the full seasonal video roadmap. Advise on production logistics and shooting strategies to streamline execution. Connect business units, operational teams, and agencies to ensure cohesive delivery. Run weekly project cadences, collect feedback, and maintain transparent communication. Develop briefs, scripts, templates, and project documentation anchored in industry best practices. Manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder visibility with precision. Build and monitor budgets, proactively flagging risks and constraints. Coordinate production schedules and ensure that all assets, scripts, and briefings arrive on time. Partner with external production teams, ensuring efficient workflows and seamless shoot execution. Perform onsite reviews, identify discrepancies, and drive rapid resolutions. Guide stylists and film crews to optimize creative quality and operational flow. Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten End-to-end-Steuerung der saisonalen Videoproduktion. Fachliche Beratung zu Drehlocations, Produktionslogistik und Shooting-Setups. Enge Verzahnung und Alignment zwischen Business Units, Operations und Agenturen. Moderation wöchentlicher Projektmeetings und Sicherstellung klarer Kommunikationsflüsse. Entwicklung von Briefings, Skripten und Templates nach Best-Practice-Standards. Eigenständige Pflege von Projektplänen und Timelines mit hoher Transparenz. Budgetplanung, -steuerung und frühzeitiges Aufzeigen finanzieller Risiken. Erstellung detaillierter Produktionsschedules und Koordination fixer Drehtage. Sicherstellung fristgerechter Bereitstellung aller relevanten Dokumente und Assets. Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern und operative Begleitung an Drehtagen. Qualitäts- und Sample-Checks während der Produktion, inklusive Eskalation bei Abweichungen. Beratung von Styling-Teams und Filmcrews für effiziente, qualitativ starke Abläufe.
