Dann suchen wir Sie als Head of Sales / Vertriebsleitung (m/w/d) fr einen unserer, sich gerade in Neudefinition befindlichen, Vertriebsbereiche. Sie verantworten die operative Steuerung sowie den Ausbau des Kundenportfolios von der Neukundengewinnung bis zur Weiterentwicklung bestehender Geschftsbeziehungen. Freuen Sie sich auf ein engagiertes Team mit starkem Zusammenhalt, auf die leistungsstrkste Plattform fr PLM, Projektmanagement, IoT und MES am Markt sowie auf renommierte Kunden und groe Gestaltungsspielrume. disziplinarische und fachliche Fhrung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebsteams mit Fokus auf hohe Arbeitszufriedenheit und weiterhin geringe Fluktuation
Planung und Durchfhrung von Veranstaltungen zur Strkung der Marktprsenz und Intensivierung von Kundenbindungen
enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Produktentwicklung zur Strkung unserer Marktposition
mehrjhrige Erfahrung als Sales-Leader mit nachweislicher disziplinarischer Verantwortung fr ein Vertriebsteam
erfolgreiche Steuerung und bererfllung zentraler Vertriebs-KPIs, insbesondere in Bezug auf Umsatzwachstum, Rentabilitt und Kundenzufriedenheit
Expertise im Vertrieb komplexer Softwarelsungen (PLM, PDM, CAD oder ERP) sowie fundiertes Marktverstndnis in diesen Bereichen
Branchenerfahrung in Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, Automotive, Elektronik, Medizintechnik oder Konsumgterindustrie
hohes Ma an unternehmerischem Denken, Growth-Mindset und die Fhigkeit, Wachstum aktiv zu gestalten
sehr gute Sprach- und Kommunikationsfhigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, in Wort und Schrift
spannende Vertriebs-Projekte in der Fertigungsindustrie, mit einem erfahrenen und motivierten Team, dass sich auf Sie freut
