Role Overview As a Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Solution Architect , you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. You’ll play a strategic role in shaping the CRM landscape, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals and integration with their broader digital ecosystem, including ERP and manufacturing systems. Key Responsibilities Lead the solution design, architecture, and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE implementations (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing). Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, efficient, and compliant CRM solutions. Define the technical and functional architecture of the CRM platform, including data models, integrations, and customizations. Provide technical leadership to internal teams and external partners throughout project lifecycle phases. Oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 CE with ERP (preferably Business Central or SAP) , Power Platform, Azure, and third-party systems. Develop and maintain solution documentation , architecture diagrams, and best practices. Ensure solution compliance with industry standards , data privacy regulations , and company security policies. Act as a trusted advisor, staying ahead of Microsoft’s roadmap and advising on new features or modernization opportunities. Essential: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM / CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing). Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead in end-to-end CRM implementations. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Experience with Azure services , integration frameworks (Dataverse, Logic Apps, APIs) , and data migration tools . Deep understanding of CRM architecture , security models , customization best practices , and performance tuning . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users. Fluent in English ; AND German
