Your role Lead full-cycle Dynamics 365 Finance implementations for mid-size and enterprise clients, driving projects from vision to go-live. Turn finance and controlling requirements into strong, scalable D365 Finance designs that truly support the business. Facilitate workshops with CFOs, finance leaders, and key users—challenging assumptions, refining processes, and shaping smarter ways of working. Configure and tailor Dynamics 365 Finance, partnering closely with technical teams whenever deeper customization is needed. Own the entire fit/gap analysis , solution design, testing phases, and go-live activities to ensure a smooth and successful delivery. Be a trusted advisor to clients—guiding them, not just implementing for them. Support and mentor junior consultants, helping develop best practices, standards, and reusable approaches. Contribute to Axazure’s methodology, assets, and accelerators, playing a key role in scaling our impact and success. What you bring 5+ years of experience as a consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics AX, or D365FO. Solid, in-depth understanding of key finance processes (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, Closing, Controlling). Confident taking full ownership of workstreams and building strong, lasting client relationships. A practical, action-oriented working style—comfortable staying close to both the system and the client. Excellent communication skills, especially when partnering with C-level leaders and finance stakeholders. Fluent in German and English. A proactive, ownership-driven mindset—you don’t wait for direction; you create momentum. Bonus: experience in real estate, asset management, or financial services (nice to have, not essential).
