Talent Acquisition Manager Location: Bielefeld, Germany Contract: 2 year contract Our client, a leading organisation in the biopharmaceutical sector, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to support their site near Bielefeld, Germany. This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated recruitment team and drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives for a high-impact production location. About the Role In this strategic and hands-on position, you will be responsible for shaping and overseeing all recruitment and employer branding activities at the site. You will lead a small team, collaborate with global stakeholders, and ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality hiring outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and develop the local Talent Acquisition team Develop and implement recruitment and employer branding strategies for the site Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including close collaboration with the works council Optimise processes, tools and candidate experience across all touchpoints Monitor and report key recruiting metrics to support data-driven decisions Act as the interface to the global Talent Acquisition organisation Ensure consistent use and compliance within the ATS and related recruiting tools Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and represent the company at recruiting events Candidate Profile Degree in business administration, psychology, HR or similar 7+ years of recruitment experience, including 3+ years in a leadership position Strong background in attracting top talent and leading high-performing teams Experience in global organisations and large-scale hiring projects Solid understanding of the German labour market and labour law Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills Native-level German and fluent English skills are essential Why Apply?
